A couple of things to note: Assurant does not cover maternity or nervous disorders/mental health of any kind, but the rates are competitive. You do not need to provide contact info to get a quote. You do need to leave us your contact information in order to continue to apply online. When you apply, you are leaving our site and going to the chosen carrier (ie, Blue Cross, Medica, Health Partners, Assurant), and applying with them through us, directly.
